Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia area.

What Will You Be Doing?

We are currently seeking a Class 5 Courier Driver based in Dartmouth, NS. The successful candidate will be a dependable individual with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

Main Role:

Manage daily pickups and deliveries while ensuring accurate, safe, and timely service to our customers. A high level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential for this role.

Service Area:

Dartmouth / Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)

Responsibilities:

Follow established pickup and delivery procedures
Accurately complete daily delivery and pickup records
Safely load and unload packages to prevent damage
Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points
Maintain and operate delivery vehicle according to company standards
Use equipment such as pallet Jacks safely and efficiently
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Report any delays, issues, accidents, or damages promptly
