Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our clients. Your expertise in hair styling, coupled with excellent customer service skills, will ensure that each client leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cuts, trims, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area, tools, and equipment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
Foster strong communication with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of sanitation practices.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
