Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus, making personalized recommendations based on their preferences
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Clover POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with a friendly attitude
Restock bar and dining areas as needed, ensuring all supplies are available for smooth service flow

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS for order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently
Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling with accuracy
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations
Hospitality-focused mindset with a positive, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
