Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Site Lead responsible for running multiple active job sites at the same time across North America.
You will oversee several crews, supervisors, and projects concurrently, ensuring every site is executing at a high level — on schedule, on budget, and with zero drop in quality or safety.
This role is for someone who can build structure, enforce standards, and drive output across multiple locations, not just manage a single job.
Core Responsibility: Multi-Site Control
- Oversee 2–5+ active project sites simultaneously
- Manage multiple supervisors/foremen across different locations
- Maintain full visibility on:
- Production progress
- Staffing levels
- Schedule adherence
- Quality and safety performance
- Step in to stabilize underperforming sites quickly
- Travel between key sites when required, while managing others remotely
Key Responsibilities1. Site Leadership Across Projects
- Lead execution of:
- Racking systems (selective, VNA, ASRS integration)
- Mezzanines and structural steel
- Conveyor and automation systems
- Ensure all sites are aligned with drawings, scope, and schedule
2. Crew & Supervisor Management
- Directly manage site supervisors/lead foremen, not just crews
- Oversee total workforce across sites (20–100+ workers combined)
- Hold supervisors accountable to:
- Daily output
- Reporting standards
- Safety compliance
- Build strong field leadership beneath you
3. Scheduling & Execution Control
- Coordinate with PMs and Ops across all assigned projects
- Ensure:
- Proper crew allocation per site
- Equipment and materials are aligned with schedule
- Identify delays early and reallocate resources across sites
4. Reporting & Visibility
- Maintain daily visibility across all sites:
- Progress tracking
- Labour utilization
- Issues and risks
- Ensure all supervisors submit clean, accurate daily reports
- Roll up site data into clear updates for Ops/Leadership
5. Quality & Safety Ownership
- Enforce consistent standards across all job sites
- Ensure installations meet engineering and manufacturer specs
- Drive zero-tolerance safety culture across crews
- Conduct random audits across sites
6. Problem Solving & Escalation
- Act as the first line of defense for major site issues
- Solve:
- Labour shortages
- Schedule conflicts
- Installation errors
- Escalate only when necessary — expected to handle most issues independently
RequirementsExperience
- 10+ years in:
- Racking & warehouse systems
- Automation / conveyors
- Mezzanines / structural installs
- Proven experience running multiple job sites at once
- Experience managing supervisors or foremen across different locations
Skillset
- Strong operational control and organization
- Ability to manage remotely while maintaining performance
- High-level understanding of installation sequencing and production rates

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,902.64-$100,684.25 per year
