Job Title: Machinist / Line Boring Specialist
Location: 4720 Carman Rd. Iroquois Ontario.

About Us:
We are a busy hydraulic repair and fabrication shop specializing in heavy equipment repair, custom machining, and on-site line boring services. We take pride in quality workmanship, fast turnaround, and keeping our customers’ equipment running.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Machinist / Line Boring Specialist to join our team. This role involves both in-shop machining and field work, repairing worn or damaged components on heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform precision machining operations (manual and/or CNC)
- Set up and operate portable line boring equipment on-site and in-shop
- Repair and rebuild hydraulic components and equipment bores
- Measure and maintain tight tolerances
- Weld build-up and prep for machining
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Experience in machining and/or line boring
- Strong understanding of tolerances, fits, and machining practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license (field work required)
- Welding experience is an asset
- Experience with heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) is an asset
