Job Summary
Calling HLLQP licensed and unlicensed individuals, career changers, recent graduates, remote workers, and retirees — this could be your opportunity to start a flexible career in financial services.

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Financial Advisor Associates. No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development are provided to support your growth.

This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity ideal for individuals seeking flexibility and a purpose-driven career helping families improve their financial wellbeing.

Important Licensing Information

Financial advising is a regulated profession in Canada. All advisors must complete the HLLQP (Harmonized Life License Qualification Program) and obtain licensing through their provincial regulator before providing financial services.

Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the HLLQP within approximately 1–4 months.

Government licensing and Agent code registration fees apply.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured training and mentorship programs
Complete licensing requirements (if not already licensed)
Build and maintain client relationships
Conduct needs assessments and provide financial education
Present solutions related to life insurance, savings, and retirement planning
Attend team meetings and professional development sessions
Set and work toward personal performance goals
Maintain ethical standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

No prior experience required
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Passion for helping others

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with no guaranteed salary. Earnings are based on performance.
