We are seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager — a seasoned hospitality leader who will elevate our service culture, inspire our team, and help shape the future of dining at The Cambridge Mill.
The Role
As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our leadership team. You will oversee the daily rhythm of our restaurant while contributing to long-term strategy, service innovation, and team development. With a strong floor presence and a clear vision, you will ensure each guest experience reflects our values of Quality, Kindness, Collaboration, and Perseverance.
Compensation for this role of $83,000 annually, includes a base wage of $70,000, plus direct tips from guests that have been estimated at an additional $13,000. Tip amounts are paid directly by guests and are shown based on historical averages. They will vary depending on factors such as guest volume, and seasonality. While tips are not guaranteed, they have consistently contributed to overall earnings in this position.

What You’ll Do
Elevate Service & Operational Excellence
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service, warm hospitality, and consistent guest satisfaction.
- Act as a visible leader on the floor, coaching in real time and setting the tone for excellence.
- Implement service enhancements and menu initiatives in collaboration with culinary and beverage leaders.
- Monitor and address guest feedback, both in-person and online, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ensure health, safety, and AGCO compliance while maintaining the highest cleanliness and service standards.
Lead & Develop the Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing team members, fostering a culture of pride, accountability, and growth.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development opportunities.
- Run pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs, ensuring communication and alignment across all service periods.
- Champion collaboration between FOH and BOH, ensuring flawless execution of service.
Drive Financial & Strategic Results
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, and payroll accuracy to balance financial goals with service quality.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost alignment.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives with the Food & Beverage Director.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance revenue through new service offerings, events, or innovations.
