Full job description

Our publicly traded Canadian manufacturing client, is looking to hire a Senior Tax Analyst for their head office in the Kitchener Waterloo region! This role supports the Corporate Taxation group in tax compliance, forecasting, audit defense, and tax planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company in the local area and offers a hybrid work model!

Responsibilities:

Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with the OECD Guidelines and local jurisdictional requirements
Assist with transfer pricing
Assist with quarterly and annual external reporting as it relates to financial statement income tax provision
Assist with Canadian tax filings and reporting including annual corporate tax returns
Respond to queries from external and government auditors
Provide support on mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:

3+ years' of tax experience either in industry or coming from public accounting dealing with a large global publicly traded corporation
CPA is preferred and ideally working on or completed In-Depth Tax courses
Exposure to M&A and transfer pricing is preferred
