Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance initiatives that support our growth and stability. Your leadership will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and robust business development efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the financial future of a dynamic organization committed to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster sustainable growth.
Oversee all accounting functions, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation across departments.
Manage risk assessment procedures to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investment analysis, and financial modeling to support expansion initiatives.
Cultivate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in financing arrangements, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships.
Provide leadership in business development efforts by analyzing market trends and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Skills

Proven expertise in negotiation, sales, and business development with a track record of closing impactful deals.
Deep understanding of accounting principles, account reconciliation processes, and organizational skills necessary for accurate financial management.
Strong background in risk management practices within financial services or related industries.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Extensive experience in corporate finance activities including budgeting, investment analysis, and capital management.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Work schedule:

Full-time: Monday-Fridays
Mornings, Days, evenings shifts or weekend shifts based on operational requirements.
Shift times may vary depending on business requirements.

Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
