Territory Account Manager – Sales
Job Description
The Territory Account Manager is a salary plus bonus structured sales position requiring a driven, self-motivated individual with an enthusiasm for learning. After a product and client focused training process, this individual will be responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

Job Duties:
- Generate and follow through on sales leads
- Develop sales performance through new and existing accounts
- Work to create, implement and follow through on sales plans
- Create sales strategies and customized presentations
- Manage client relationships, facilitating dealership needs
- Share results, increase penetration and profits, collaborate on goals
- Interact with head office, sales team and management to support sales function
- Assist dealers with growth strategies and solutions
- Additional duties as necessary and/or as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and passion for learning
- Proven track record of goal achievement
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.); general competency with business technology
Compensation:
Salary and bonus structure ($70,000/30,000)
