We are looking for a creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented Digital Content & Brand Communications Specialist to help bring our travel brand to life online.
This role is for someone who understands that digital content is not just about posting travel photos. It is about storytelling, inspiration, trust, and helping people imagine their next adventure before they even pack their bags.
As we continue to grow, we need someone who can translate our travel experiences into engaging digital content — destination highlights, travel tips, group tours, client experiences, seasonal campaigns, cultural storytelling, promotions, behind-the-scenes moments, and those “we need this posted right now” travel updates.
This person will work closely with the leadership and marketing team to support social media storytelling, campaign visuals, travel promotions, newsletters, customer engagement, and overall brand communications.
About the Role
The Digital Content & Brand Communications Specialist will help maintain and grow Choice Travel & Tours’ digital presence through thoughtful, strategic, and visually engaging content.
You will support the day-to-day storytelling of the brand — from Instagram stories and TikTok videos to travel campaigns and newsletters. You will help transform travel experiences into content that feels exciting, informative, trustworthy, and aligned with the Choice Travel & Tours brand.
This role requires someone who can create beautiful content while understanding the emotion and purpose behind it. The ideal candidate knows how to tell a story that inspires people to explore the world.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar for social media and digital campaigns
- Develop engaging Instagram Stories, reels, TikTok content, and travel-focused visuals
- Support storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with content ideas for destination highlights, group tours, seasonal promotions, travel tips, and customer experiences
- Create graphics for social media, newsletters, events, travel promotions, and digital advertising
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights on engagement, trends, and audience interests
- Identify content opportunities based on travel seasons, customer questions, destination trends, and company initiatives
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling style across all platforms
- Collaborate with the leadership and operations team on campaigns, launches, and promotional activities
- Bring forward creative ideas and trends that align with the Choice Travel & Tours brand
- Support occasional last-minute content needs related to promotions, travel updates, or events
- Help strengthen customer engagement and online community presence
We Are Looking for Someone Who Is
- A strong visual storyteller
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Passionate about travel, tourism, hospitality, and cultural experiences
- Able to understand and protect a brand’s voice and identity
- Authentic and engaging in communication style
- Comfortable learning about destinations, travel experiences, and tourism services
- Able to work independently while contributing creative ideas
- Strong with spelling, grammar, and proofreading
- Calm, adaptable, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to help grow a travel brand through meaningful storytelling
Experience We’d Love to See
- Experience creating social media content for a business or brand
- Experience with Instagram Stories, reels, TikTok videos, newsletters, and campaign graphics
- Experience or strong interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or customer experience industries
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, Mailchimp, Shopify, or similar tools
- Photography, videography, or editing experience is considered an asset
- A portfolio, social media account, or examples of previous creative work
- Experience with creative and fast writing / typing skills.
Formal education is welcome, but not required. We care most about creativity, storytelling ability, reliability, initiative, and alignment with our brand.
Schedule
This is a:
- Part-time Permanent (depending on experience and availability)
Some flexibility may be required during promotions, travel launches, group tours, campaigns, or special events. Occasional evening or weekend support may be needed for events or timely travel content coverage.
Compensation will be based on experience, creativity, initiative, and quality of work.
