Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage incoming calls, make appointments, assist stylists, laundry, cleaning, sanitation, and disinfecting. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office procedure.s. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain social media sites
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and salon to ensure a welcoming environment
Daily reconciliation of sales

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
A team player with the ability to give direction in a positive way
Having a knowledge of how a busy hair salon works would be beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
