Full job description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and certified Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-quality, motivating fitness classes in the evening, weekends and some daytime. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a strong ability to connect with participants of all fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and fun group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, strength training, etc.).
Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.
Arrive promptly, in approved athletic attire.
Build positive relationships with clients and promote member retention.
Ensure proper use and care of studio equipment.
Maintain a clean and professional workout space.

Qualifications:

Current group fitness certification and/or Personal Training certification.
CPR/AED certification (required).
1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes (preferred).
Energetic, motivational, and engaging teaching style.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to instruct multiple formats is a plus (e.g., yoga, Zumba, bootcamp, etc.).

Pay:

$40/hour
