The successful candidate will be responsible for operating/programming various machinery together with trouble shooting a wide variety of materials.

Job Requirements:

Fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer proficient in Gibbs programming system. Fusion 360 is an asset.
Keen desire to use technology to improve production efficiencies.
Exceptionally capable in programming multi-turret Mill/Turn CNC Lathes.
Skilled in the creation of operational sketches and set-up sheets.
Thorough understanding for interpreting engineering drawings, cutting tool selection and set up.
Proficient trouble shooting abilities for work with a wide variety of materials.
Knowledgeable in the use of precision measuring instruments.
Read and follow specifications within engineering drawings.
Log all work timelines and tasks in Epicor.
Must be quality oriented with an extreme attention to detail.
Maintain positive working relationships when interacting with other plant personnel.
Adhere to and maintain safe work practices, including WHMIS requirements.
Adept at reading/understanding production sheets for completion of accurate parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).

This vacant role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop Programming experience.
