Pharmacy Manager – Full-Time (Flexible 4 or 5-Day Workweek)

Location: Pitt Meadows, BC

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Sat (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM rotation) | Closed Sundays & Holidays

Compensation: $55.00 / hour + Heavy Revenue-Share Bonus (Uncapped Earning Potential) + Benefits & Dues

Our Pitt Meadows location is an established, clinic-connected community pharmacy and authorized CareConnect site. We operate with a strong emphasis on proactive patient care and seamless physician collaboration. We are looking for a highly motivated Pharmacy Manager who wants to practice to full scope and be financially rewarded for it through a lucrative clinical revenue-sharing model.

Work-Life Balance: Favorable daytime operating hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM weekdays, short Saturday shifts). No late evenings, and closed every Sunday and statutory holiday.
Schedule Flexibility: Open to a 4-day or 5-day compressed workweek to suit your lifestyle.
Clinic-Connected Practice: Streamlined communication with on-site medical clinic physicians—eliminating endless phone tags and fax delays and making clinical interventions highly efficient.
Dedicated Support: Fully supported by experienced pharmacy assistants, allowing you to focus on high-value clinical services, patient consultations, and dispensary leadership rather than routine administrative bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

Dispensary Leadership: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, workflow management, and inventory control using Kroll.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous professional standards in full compliance with BC College of Pharmacists regulations.
Full-Scope Clinical Services: Conduct minor ailment prescribing, administer injections/vaccines, perform medication reviews, and execute prescription adaptations to drive both patient outcomes and clinic revenue.
Physician & Patient Collaboration: Provide expert counseling and work closely with clinic physicians and healthcare providers to optimize care plans.
Team Mentorship: Supervise, train, and support pharmacy assistants and dispensary staff to foster a positive, efficient workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
Valid Injection Authorization (required).
2+ years of community pharmacy experience (previous management or assistant management experience is an asset, but motivated senior pharmacists ready to step into leadership are welcome).
Proficiency with Kroll Pharmacy Management System.
Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills with a drive to grow clinical services.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Base Wage: $55.00 per hour
Lucrative Revenue-Share Model: Heavy performance-based bonuses tied directly to clinical service volume (MACS, medication reviews, injections, and adaptations). High-performing clinical pharmacists can significantly exceed standard market hourly rates.
Professional Support: Annual BC College of Pharmacists licensing fee & liability insurance coverage.
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Extended Health and Dental benefit plan.
Work Arrangement: Full-Time (approx. 32–40 hours/week, 4 or 5 days per week).
