Job Details

As a Customer Supply Chain Representative at Burnbrae Farms, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Replacement or New Headcount: Replacement

Term: Permanent, Full Time

Work Mode: Onsite or Hybrid, depending on work location

Reports to: Customer Supply Chain Manager

Direct Reports: None

Salary Range: $50,000-$52,000/year

Bonus: Not Eligible

Address: 3356 County Rd. 27, Lyn, ON K0E 1M0

Travel: Occasional travel for training.

Language: English, bilingual English, French strongly preferred.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle inbound calls, emails, EDI’s and other forms of communication from consumers, retail partners, and distributors.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about Burnbrae Farms products and services.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems (SAP, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best resolution.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-through.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
Educate customers on new products, promotions, and policies where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
1–3 years of customer service or call center experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP is an asset.
Bilingual in English and French is a must due to regional responsibilities
