Licensed Millwright 433A

Shift: Continental Shift-Fixed Nights-5pm-5:30am

We are hiring a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our Maintenance team on fixed night shifts. You will play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production and packaging equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.

What will YOU be doing as a Millwright Mechanic?

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging, processing, and site auxiliary equipment
Execute preventative maintenance programs and document activities using CMMS (MP2)
Carry out machining, welding, basic electrical, sheet metal, and steam/refrigeration work as needed
Source and prepare parts for repairs and maintenance tasks
Support operators and production teams with technical guidance and equipment training
Maintain compliance with safety programs (Lockout, Confined Space, Hot Work Permit) and contribute to daily shift handoffs

What YOU bring to the table

Current and valid Industrial Millwright License (433A required)
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and sound sanitary practices (training available if needed)
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
Flexible to work fixed night shifts and perform other duties as assigned
