Job Title: Senior Detailing Associate
Role Overview
The Senior Detailing Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality detailing services while leading on-site execution, maintaining standards, and supporting team development. This role ensures efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company SOPs across all detailing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Detailing Execution
· Perform advanced interior and exterior detailing services to company standards
· Handle premium services and complex detailing requirements (sap removal, concreate removal, scratch removal, paint correction and ceramic coating services)
· Ensure all work meets quality benchmarks before vehicle delivery
2. Quality Control
· Conduct final inspections on completed vehicles
· Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and service checklists
· Address rework promptly and maintain consistency across jobs
3. Team Support & Leadership
· Guide and support junior detailers on-site
· Assist in training new hires and reinforcing best practices
· Act as a point of contact in the absence of a Team Lead/ Operations Manager
· Assist with location opening and closing tasks, admin work – preparing daily report, tracking inventory, etc.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries.
4. Workflow & Efficiency
· Support job allocation and ensure timely completion of tasks
· Maintain productivity standards and minimize delays
· Coordinate with team members to manage workload effectively
· Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and detailing equipment
5. Valet Service
· Safely handle vehicle pick-up and drop-off within designated areas
· Ensure proper documentation and adherence to valet protocols
· Maintain professionalism and care while handling customer vehicles
6. Equipment & Workspace Management
· Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
· Report any damages or shortages promptly
7. Compliance & Safety
· Follow all safety protocols and ensure team adherence
· Maintain professional conduct and discipline on-site
· Support implementation of operational policies
Qualifications & Skills
· 2 years of experience in professional car detailing
· Valid driver’s license (G2/G) with clean driving record
· Strong attention to detail and quality standards
· Ability to handle advanced detailing techniques and tools
· Leadership mindset with the ability to guide team members
· Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Types: Contractor
Hourly rate: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
