Full job description

Overview

CLG Injury Law is an established personal injury firm in the maritime provinces, looking to add a new receptionist to our Moncton office. We are a client-focused law firm committed to delivering excellent results and compassionate service. Our culture is collaborative and built around helping our team succeed.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Manage front desk activities including handling inquiries, and providing information
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, for incoming correspondence, forms and other documents

Required skills

Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an ability to learn new software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading skills
Reliable attendance at the office

Bilingualism and office experience in a similar role considered assets for this position.
