Clinical Social Worker / Counselling Therapist

Everest Therapeutics is a growing counselling and care collective committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are expanding our Moncton team and are looking for a passionate clinician who values meaningful client relationships, clinical autonomy, and work-life balance.

Our Moncton office serves individuals, couples, youth (12+), and families throughout New Brunswick, with additional opportunities to provide virtual care across New Brunswick.

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, client-centred clinician who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team. You will provide counselling services to clients presenting with a variety of concerns, such as:

Anxiety and depression
Trauma and PTSD
Grief and loss
Stress and burnout
ADHD and neurodivergence
Relationship challenges
Life transitions
Self-esteem and emotional regulation

Clinicians are welcome to develop and promote their own areas of interest or specialization.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related counselling profession
Registered (or eligible for registration) with the appropriate regulatory body in New Brunswick
Professional liability insurance
Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Experience providing in-person therapy is considered an asset
