We are looking for a full time experienced daycare assistant director in Laval QC Canada with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the daily operations of a daycare center.
- Manage teaching staff, develop curricula in coordination with teachers.
- Substitute for class when required.
- Communicate with parents and uphold the centers reputation.
- Assist with registration.
- Knowledge of MFA guidelines.
- Communicate with MFA to make sure all the information in daycare is up to date.
- Regular office administrative duties.
- Must be flexible with work schedule.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have love and passion for working with children and parents.
- Experience working with children Infant/Child and ensure a safe and educational environment for young children.
- Must have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skill.
- Bilingual (French and English) written and oral.
- ECE ( Early Childhood Education ) Qualified or equivalent academic accreditation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- C.P.R. and First Aid certified.
- Police background check.
