Full job description

Cattail Crossing Golf & Winter Club is home to a stunning 10,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring virtual golf, dining spaces, a pro shop, snack bar, and kids club, all designed to meet the needs of members and guests.

The club provides a wide range of golf and event experiences, including night golf, an aqua range, tournaments, corporate meetings, private functions, weddings, winter activities, and more. We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Prep Cook / Line Cook.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for food preparation and supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen by helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and food items for service, including chopping vegetables and making sauces
Follow recipes and plating standards as directed
Use kitchen equipment safely and properly
Maintain cleanliness and comply with all sanitation and food safety standards
Store food and supplies correctly
Label and stock ingredients so they remain organized and easy to access
Rotate products in coolers and chillers to reduce waste
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a prep cook and/or line cook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well as part of a team
Physically capable of frequent heavy lifting
Must have reliable transportation, as public transit is not available to this location
Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Employment Terms

Seasonal position from March to October, with the possibility of year-round employment
Full-time and part-time positions available
Compensation based on experience
Expected start date: April 2026
Wage: Negotiable

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 15-44 per week

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
