Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of carpentry work including framing, forming, finishing, and installation.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and fellow trades.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial or industrial construction experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Lead Hand Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a crew while remaining hands-on in daily carpentry activities.
- Coordinate work activities and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, material management, and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with site supervision and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience on commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site crews and daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications.
- Support the Site Superintendent with project planning, scheduling, and workforce coordination.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and site safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $5 million to $25 million.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
