Your Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and modification of residential HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems.
Help install HRVs, ERVs, exhaust fans, and other ventilation equipment.
Carry materials, prepare tools, and assist lead installers on job sites.
Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and ventilation components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers when required.
Complete work orders and job documentation accurately.
Follow company installation procedures and safety standards.
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring

A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Experience using hand tools is an asset.
Construction, HVAC, sheet metal, or mechanical experience is an asset but not required.
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment safely.
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential construction environments.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
