The Opportunity

We're hiring an engaging Coding Instructor to teach live online coding classes to kids and teens.

This role may include beginner-friendly classes in Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, Unity, VR game design, and project-based technology learning.

We're looking for instructors who can make coding feel approachable, creative, and fun — especially for students who are just getting started.

What You'll Do

Teach live, interactive online coding classes for kids and teens
Lead students through hands-on projects using platforms such as Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, and Unity
Help students create games, animations, interactive projects, and beginner-friendly coding activities
Break down coding concepts clearly in age-appropriate and beginner-friendly ways
Support students with debugging, problem solving, and project development
Teach one-on-one lessons and/or small-group classes of approximately 2–5 students
Create a positive, structured, and encouraging virtual classroom
Adapt lessons to each student's level, learning style, and interests
Provide thoughtful feedback that helps students build confidence and skill

What We're Looking For

Experience teaching coding, game design, or creative technology to children and/or teens
Experience with the following: Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, and Unity
Prior experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or working with children and/or teens
Confident and engaging on camera
Clear, warm communicator
Reliable, organized, and professional
Comfortable helping beginner students who may need extra support
Ability to make coding fun, structured, and accessible
A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or a related field
Experience creating project-based lessons or curriculum is a plus
