Join our team at a premier luxury wellness resort and spa, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for exceptional dining experiences. As our Executive Chef, you will lead a talented kitchen staff in creating innovative, health-conscious menus that delight our discerning guests.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's culinary operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff management and guest relations. Your keen eye for detail, creative flair, and ability to thrive under pressure will be essential as you work to elevate the dining experience and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that highlight the resort's commitment to wellness and sustainability
Manage and mentor a team of skilled chefs, line cooks, and support staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional food quality
Collaborate with the resort's wellness and hospitality teams to provide exceptional guest experiences, including leading culinary tours and demonstrations
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Monitor food and labor costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining the resort's high-quality standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining establishment
Proven track record of creating innovative, health-conscious menus and leading a talented kitchen team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized institution, with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and flavor profiles
