Outside Sales Representative

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on independence and uncapped earning potential? We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to represent market-leading plastic surgical supplies and build, and maintain, lasting relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers.

This is a field-based, commission-only role for entrepreneurial-minded professionals who want the freedom to run their own business—while being backed by trusted, in-demand products and a professional team of industry veterans.

What You’ll Do

Get out in the field: Visit surgeons, surgical centers, and hospitals in person to grow and maintain relationships.

Deliver solutions: Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of premium-quality surgical products face-to-face.

Own your strategy: Manage your schedule, territory, and growth approach with complete autonomy.

Maximize results: Earn unlimited commissions based on your performance.

Proven success in medical device or surgical supply sales.

An established network of industry contacts (a major plus).

Make sure they live in Canada
Ideally we want candidates from Plastic Surgery or general surgery supply backgrounds. They will know the surgeons in the country and also understand the products better.

Pharma reps know their drugs and typically are dealing with general doctors offices and not surgeon specific organizations

Potential companies they work with or company they know (this is a big plus. Not required but huge plus)
