Location: Oshawa, ON (Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week)

Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Duration: 18-Month Contract

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow capabilities focused on Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). This opportunity offers the chance to shape security and risk technology solutions that support critical governance, compliance, and cybersecurity objectives within a large and complex enterprise environment.

Working closely with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and technology teams, you will play a key role in defining target-state architecture, establishing platform standards, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational effectiveness. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic architect who enjoys influencing enterprise-wide practices while remaining engaged in solution design and technical leadership.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation of ServiceNow SIR, VR, and IRM capabilities
You’ll define scalable architecture patterns, workflows, data models, governance controls, and integration strategies
You’ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable solution designs
You’ll provide architectural guidance for security incident management, vulnerability response, risk management, compliance, and remediation processes
You’ll establish platform standards, guardrails, and best practices to support long-term maintainability and performance
You’ll oversee integrations with vulnerability scanners, SIEM/SOAR platforms, CMDBs, asset management systems, and other enterprise applications
You’ll support roadmap planning, implementation governance, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SIR, VR, and IRM, including guiding and reviewing implementation partners
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, application framework, and data models
Experience designing end-to-end solutions including workflows, forms, integrations, dashboards, and reporting
Deep understanding of security incident response, vulnerability management, and risk governance processes
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001 is considered a strong asset
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills
