Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Manager and lead our culinary operations with energy, enthusiasm, and expert skill! In this vital role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and foster a positive environment for your team. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality standards.
Manage and motivate kitchen staff by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
Oversee food handling procedures to maintain strict food safety and sanitation compliance.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
Implement training programs for new hires and conduct interviews to select top talent.
Maintain accurate cash handling through POS systems such as Micros POS and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service roles with a strong background in restaurant management or kitchen supervision.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
Demonstrated team management skills with experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, hiring, and training team members.
Additional experience in hospitality settings such as bartending, barista work, hotel service, or serving roles is a plus.
