We have proudly served Cambridge and the surrounding communities for over 60 years as a trusted, family-run automotive repair facility.

As we continue to grow and modernize our operations, we are looking for the right individual to join our team as a Service Advisor / Customer Experience Manager.

This is not just another job posting — we are looking for someone seeking a long-term career opportunity with room for growth, leadership, and development within a supportive family-oriented environment.

Our team is treated like family, and we believe strong culture, honesty, teamwork, and customer relationships are the foundation of long-term success.

While previous automotive experience is considered an asset, it is not mandatory for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone who has strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within the automotive industry.

We are building a more modern, process-driven, technology-focused operation and are looking for someone excited to grow alongside us.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
Listen to customer vehicle concerns and accurately document information for technicians
Build trust with customers through honest and transparent communication
Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
Provide service recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly and professionally
Keep customers updated throughout the repair and maintenance process
Schedule appointments and assist with managing shop workflow
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
Assist with ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers when needed
Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate customer records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service visits
Help contribute to a positive, organized, and team-oriented workplace environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical aptitude or interest in the automotive industry
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Sales experience is considered an asset
Previous automotive or service advisor experience is an asset, but not required
Computer literacy and ability to learn shop management software
Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
Valid Ontario driver’s license required
