Accurate Fabricating seeks an aggressive and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our thriving team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing clients, staying up-to-date on current product offerings/knowledge, and developing customer relationships while fostering foundations on B2B relationships.
This role is geared for a hunter mindset, someone who is not afraid to make the calls and have the face to face interactions needed to close business. This is a currently impactful market for our Canada-based offerings and will provide ambitious, entrepreneurial sales professionals with ample opportunity to thrive. Our territory divisions are extensive and to service will require up to 50% of travelling. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, driven, resilient, and tenacious.

Duties and Responsibilities of Outside Sales Representative will include:
· Develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers on a frequent basis to increase sales.
· Accomplish individual and team-oriented goals.
· Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, manufacturing, logistics and technical service groups.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the attachment market, the solutions/services our company can provide, and those of our company’s competitors to provide the best Customer service.
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization in order to submit pricing proposals that offer the highest return without compromising service.
· Aid in development of sales forecasts and budgets.
· Help organize and attends trade shows.
· Other duties as necessary for sales success.
Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative include:
· 3+ years of sales experience. Heavy equipment sales experience an asset.
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to work autonomously from your home office and while travelling on the road.
· Formal sales training experience is beneficial
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and other computer software programs as needed.
· Experience working remotely, utilizing a VPN is preferred.
