Full job description

The 4ssst Cannabis Retail Operator, Uxbridge ON is actively seeking Part-time/Casual Budtender Vault Room Staff who are responsible, dedicated team players with a positive attitude and who has worked in the cannabis retail field already.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Treat all customers and employees with the highest level of customer service
Maintain outstanding store conditions and cleanliness throughout the shift
Be a shinning example of well behavior and high performance
Deal with all customer problems that arise
Meet sales goals by training motivating mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Manage login ID on Point of Sale (POS) terminals supported by Tech POS software
Responsible for signing in and verifying floats at beginning and end of shifts
Be able to process customer refunds on the POS system and Moneris system as well applying for and processing OCS credits
Be able to input information into an templated excel spread sheet to upload accessories into the POS
Be able to have clear communication with the POS system support team
Follow opening, closing and cleaning procedures
Be informative on the products that we carry without giving medical advice.

Report any suspicious behaviors or abusive customers to Store Managers. Assist in opening and closing procedures

General housekeeping of store spaces.

Promptly ID all customers who look under the age of 25 years.
Available and wanting to work any shift between 10:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday to Sunday

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Fast Learner
Minimum age 19 years old.
Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
Desire to educate customers and the community about the benefits associated

with the products we carry and cannabis use without giving medical advice.

Experience:

Experience with using POS system: 2 years (required)
Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
Experience with processing refunds through OCS (Ontario cannabis store) and have understanding using cannabis POS terminals. (required)

Licence:

Cannsell Training Certification (Required)
Criminal Background Check (Required)
Job Type: Part time, Casual
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Part-time/casual hours: 15-30 hours per week or less
