Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components and products with precision, utilizing various tools and technical skills to ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount.

Candidate must be flexible to work in Morning and Afternoon

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components.
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for material handling.
Perform machining, welding, or mechanical tasks to prepare parts for assembly.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies before final approval.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, preferably with warehouse experience.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics reading.
Experience with welding, machining, or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in assembly processes within a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with warehouse operations is a plus.
