At Kingsdale Mortgage Centre, we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Mortgage Agents. You don’t need a background in finance — just a desire to learn, grow, and help others make one of the biggest decisions of their lives: financing a home.

Whether you're coming from hospitality, education, retail, real estate, or customer service, we provide full training, hands-on support, and a clear path to building a successful business of your own — with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mortgage Agent, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the financing they need to purchase or refinance a home. This is a client-first role where your communication skills, attention to detail, and drive to succeed will shine.

You’ll learn how to:

Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and explain mortgage options in simple, clear terms
Review client profiles (income, credit, and debts) to determine mortgage eligibility
Match clients with the best mortgage products from dozens of lenders — no one-size-fits-all here
Guide clients step by step through the mortgage process from pre-approval to closing
Work closely with lenders, real estate agents, and lawyers to coordinate smooth, successful closings
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and simple tracking systems
Stay informed on market trends and lending rules (we’ll teach you how)
Deliver excellent customer service that builds trust and referrals

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you enjoy talking to people)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you take initiative and want to grow
Coachable and open to learning new skills
Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own time and tasks
Tech-comfortable (basic Excel or CRM skills are a bonus but not required)
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Must be 18+ and willing to complete the licensing process

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
