Full job description

The position is divided into two main areas of responsibility:

50% – Administrative Officer
50% – Recruitment Assistant

While the workload is expected to be divided approximately equally between these two areas, some flexibility will be required depending on student needs, registration periods, recruitment activities, and the operational needs of the schools.

Administrative Officer – Approximately 50% of the Position

Serve as a liaison between teachers and administration.
Prepare class schedules and coordinate scheduling changes.
Respond to student inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Welcome students and visitors and provide reception support.
Register students and assist with general administrative procedures.
Maintain student records, attendance, schedules, and other documentation.
Prepare transcripts, attendance letters, correspondence, forms, and spreadsheets.
Provide general administrative support and assist with the day-to-day operation of the schools.

Recruitment Assistant – Approximately 50% of the Position

Support the recruitment of local and international students for LAC and Canabridge programs.
Respond to prospective student inquiries and provide information about programs and admission requirements.
Follow up with prospective students throughout the application and admission process.
Assist with recruitment initiatives, outreach, communications, and promotional activities.
Communicate and maintain relationships with agents, schools, educational organizations, and other recruitment partners.
Review applications and supporting documents and follow up on missing information.
Maintain accurate recruitment and admission records.
Work with administration and external partners to support student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment.

Le poste est divisé en deux principaux volets :

50 % – Agent(e) administratif(ve)
50 % – Adjoint(e) au recrutement

Bien que la charge de travail soit répartie approximativement à parts égales entre ces deux volets, une certaine flexibilité sera nécessaire selon les besoins des étudiants, les périodes d’inscription, les activités de recrutement et les besoins opérationnels des écoles.

Agent(e) administratif(ve) – Environ 50 % du poste

Assurer la liaison entre les enseignants et l’administration.
Préparer les horaires de cours et coordonner les changements d’horaire.
Répondre aux demandes des étudiants par téléphone, par courriel et en personne.
Accueillir les étudiants et les visiteurs et assurer les tâches de réception.
Inscrire les étudiants et les aider dans les différentes démarches administratives.
Tenir à jour les dossiers des étudiants, les présences, les horaires et autres documents administratifs.
Préparer les relevés de notes, les lettres d’attestation de présence, la correspondance, les formulaires et les feuilles de calcul.
Fournir un soutien administratif général et contribuer au bon fonctionnement quotidien des écoles.

Adjoint(e) au recrutement – Environ 50 % du poste

Soutenir le recrutement d’étudiants locaux et internationaux pour les programmes offerts par LAC et Canabridge.
Répondre aux demandes des étudiants potentiels et fournir de l’information sur les programmes et les conditions d’admission.
Effectuer le suivi auprès des étudiants potentiels tout au long du processus de demande et d’admission.
Participer aux initiatives de recrutement, aux activités de sensibilisation, aux communications et aux activités promotionnelles.
Communiquer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les agents de recrutement, les écoles, les organismes d’éducation et les autres partenaires.
Examiner les demandes d’admission et les documents requis et assurer le suivi des documents manquants.
Tenir à jour les dossiers de recrutement et d’admission.
Collaborer avec l’administration et les partenaires externes afin de soutenir le recrutement, les admissions et les inscriptions.

Rémunération : 23,41$ à 25,00$ par heure
