Job Summary

We are seeking an Energetic and Proactive Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while serving food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your lively personality and attention to detail will ensure guests have memorable experiences, whether they’re enjoying a casual drink or celebrating a special occasion. Responsibilities

Always greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Take accurate orders using POS systems, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities efficiently
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and organization
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations to uphold health standards
Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly and addressing any needs promptly
Follow food handling procedures carefully to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience or food service experience is REQUIRED, especially in bartending or serving roles
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality mindset with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences
