Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently to ensure smooth seating flow
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery and quality service
Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, attentiveness, and professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including setting tables and ensuring all stations are well-stocked
Handle guest inquiries courteously over the phone and in person, providing detailed information about menu items and specials
Process payments accurately using POS systems while adhering to cash handling procedures
Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and bar team to deliver a cohesive dining experience
Uphold all safety standards, including proper alcohol service protocols and hygiene practices

Skills

Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant settings with a strong focus on guest services
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS; experience with hotel or restaurant POS is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills that foster positive guest interactions
Familiarity with serving techniques, food presentation, and beverage preparation
Basic understanding of hospitality standards, including alcohol service regulations and health safety protocols
