Job Summary
This position requires the candidate to be able to work in a one hour radius of Orangeville, Ontario.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of administrative tasks within the real estate business

Duties

Provide administrative support to real estate agent, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
Assist with filing and organizing documents related to property listings and transactions.
Drafting real estate contracts, including listing and buyer agreements as well as Agreements of Purchase and Sale.
Sending documents out to clients for electronic signatures.
Assisting with FINTRAC compliance and documentation.
Attending home inspections, water/well tests and other related appointments.
Showing properties to prospective buyers.
Maintain effective communication with clients, providing exceptional customer support throughout the buying or selling process.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative processes run smoothly.

Requirements

Experience and a creative flair a plus. New people entering real estate welcome.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
Experience with data entry, clerical duties, filing systems, and administrative support is required.
Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is preferred but not mandatory.
