Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and organised Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to join our growing remote sales team.

MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE!

Our company provides education, training, mentorship, and support for Canadians who are interested in learning about real estate investing opportunities in the United States.

This role focuses on contacting inbound leads who have already signed up for one of our webinars, qualifying their interest, and booking appointments with one of our Advisors / Sales Representatives.

Each month, we receive approximately 3,000–4,000 new inbound leads from people who have requested more information about our programs. Your role will be to follow up with these leads by phone, text, email, and CRM messaging to help schedule qualified calls with our sales team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Contact inbound leads who have signed up for our webinars
Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and CRM messaging
Ask basic qualifying questions to understand each prospect’s goals, interest level, and timeline
Book qualified prospects for calls with one of our Advisors / Sales Representatives
Confirm scheduled appointments and help reduce missed calls
Follow up with leads who do not respond right away
Maintain accurate notes and updates inside the CRM
Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
Work with the sales team to improve booking rates, show-up rates, and lead quality

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

Experience in appointment setting, sales development, customer service, inside sales, or lead follow-up
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Ability to follow a structured process while still communicating naturally
Comfort using CRM software and online scheduling tools
A reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
Availability during North American business hours

Preferred Experience

The following experience is helpful but not required:

Experience calling inbound leads
Experience setting appointments for sales teams
Experience in coaching, education, real estate, investing, or professional services
Experience with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms
Experience working in a remote sales environment

Compensation

This role pays $20 per hour plus commission OR Full 10% Commission

In addition to hourly pay, you will receive 3% commission on sales closed from appointments you set, subject to company compensation terms.

Our products are $5,000 and $7,500 USD

Expected compensation will depend on hours worked, appointment volume, show-up rates, and closed sales from your booked appointments.

Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
