Scalecom Global (SGC) is a performance-based ecommerce growth agency. We take over Meta ads, store CRO, and email/SMS for DTC Shopify brands — mostly apparel and streetwear — $0 upfront, paid only from the new revenue we generate, with a 2X-in-90-days guarantee. We don't get paid unless the client makes more money. Every line below follows from that one fact.
We are hiring a Meta buyer immediately. Full-time, long-term, fully remote.
READ THIS FIRST — HOW YOU GET PAID
This is a commission-based seat. Your pay is a direct cut of the growth you personally produce on every account you run — uncapped. There is a guaranteed floor of $2,000/month for your first 60 days while you learn our system. After that, the book is your pay.
If a permanent guaranteed salary is what you need, stop reading here. We'd rather you self-select out now than three months in.
Here's why it isn't a lottery ticket: we screen brands harder than we screen operators. No store enters our book below $25K/month in attributed revenue, so every account you're handed pays you from the first invoice. What you earn per account, based on the client's monthly attributed Meta revenue:
- Client at $25,000/month (our floor) → $500/month to you
- Client at $40,000/month → $800/month
- Client at $60,000/month → $1,200/month
- Client at $100,000/month → $2,000/month
Across a book: training (3–4 accounts) roughly $2,000–$4,000/month; ramping (8–10) roughly $5,500–$8,000; a full book of 15–20 accounts lands at $10,000–$20,000/month. Nothing is capped.
THE SEAT
You own the Meta ad account. Not the client relationship, not the strategy deck — the platform.
One line: if the account underperforms, it's yours to diagnose and fix.
WHAT YOU OWN
- Campaign builds — structure, audiences, placements, CAPI/tracking, done right the first time.
- Daily optimization against kill criteria — our rule is $200 / 3 days. You cut on the standard, every time.
- Scaling discipline — increases in steps of 20% or less. One reckless scale can burn a client's month, and on performance pay that's our revenue too.
- Budget pacing — within ±5% of plan. Underspend is as much a miss as overspend.
- Test velocity — 3–5 live tests per client per week, briefed off the strategist's roadmap.
- Creative briefing — you tell the strategist and editors what the data says to make next. In apparel that means angles, drops, UGC vs. product, and why.
- Account health and speed — zero policy flags; anything in the alerts channel actioned inside 24 hours.
WHAT YOU DON'T OWN
- The client — a Client Partner owns everything the client sees and hears. You're never writing client emails at 9pm.
- Strategy — a Growth Strategist sets direction and briefs creative.
- Pricing, scope, and offers — the founder.
HOW YOU'RE MEASURED
Not vibes — a number, every month. Lagging (50%): client ROAS/CAC vs. target, with at least 80% of your clients hitting goal. Leading (30%): 100% kill-criteria adherence, zero scaling violations, test velocity held, alerts under 24 hours. Quality (20%): pacing within ±5%, zero policy flags, clean accounts. Kill discipline, scaling discipline, and account health are hard gates — you hold them or you don't hold the seat.
THE TRAINING
This is a junior seat because you're junior to our system, not to Meta. You'll be trained on it, not thrown at it.
- Weeks 1–2 — shadow our senior buyer: account structure, kill criteria, scaling rules, SOPs, reporting. First accounts assigned.
- Weeks 3–6 — run 3–4 accounts with every material change reviewed before it ships. Weekly 1:1 coaching.
- Week 7+ — autonomous on your book, reviewed on the scorecard, adding accounts as you prove out.
THE LADDER
Nobody here gets a raise. They get scope. Operator (3–4 clients) → Senior Operator (full book, same per-account rate) → Pod Lead → Fulfillment Manager, with a cut of a much larger base once you can get results through other people.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Must-haves:
- 2+ years buying Meta ads as your primary platform for DTC ecommerce brands. Shopify stores with real products, margins, and inventory. Not lead gen, not local services, not Google-first.
- You've bought for apparel, streetwear, footwear, or accessories — you know what a drop does to CPMs, why size and colorway matter in creative, and how returns wreck a clean ROAS.
- You can read ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, and contribution margin and say what the account should do next — and defend it.
- Reliable inside core hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, and fine being paid on performance.
Nice-to-haves:
- TikTok Ads experience — Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, and how TikTok creative differs from Meta. We're adding TikTok to accounts and want a buyer who can grow into it.
- Meta Events Manager / CAPI setup, and at least one attribution tool (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar).
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
Google-first buyers who "also do Meta." Set-and-forget buyers. People who scale on a feeling and cut on a feeling. Anyone who needs to be chased for an update, or treats a losing week as something that happened to the account. And anyone who wants a salary — we've said it three times because it's the one thing we can't flex on.
HOW TO APPLY

Applications without the two words, without the Loom, or with a Loom on a non-Meta or non-ecommerce account are not reviewed. Complete applications are scored within 48 hours. If you advance, you'll have a 15-minute phone screen, then a 45-minute working session with our senior buyer on a live account.
We don't ask for salary history. We publish what we pay.
