Full job description

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual (French and English) Data Entry to join our client in support of future vacancy.

Contract Period: 6 months
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Location: Saint John, NB
Location Type: Hybrid: 4 days on site in Nov
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 4 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Escalate processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Follow firm and industry regulations and operating practices.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives.
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements and availability for Overtime as required.
Flexibility and availability towards team to manage seasonal volumes.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

2 Years of Transaction Processing Experience.
2 Years of Data Entry Experience.
Strong computer skills - particularly with MS Office, Excel.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Very accurate.
Should be able to pivot and adjust according - be able to jump to other departments when needed.

Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit, or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements

Introduction : Prime Hires recherche un(e) spécialiste bilingue (français et anglais) en saisie de données pour se joindre à son client dans le cadre d’un futur poste à pourvoir.

Durée du contrat : 6 mois
Rémunération : 24,00 $/heure
Lieu : Saint John, NB
Type de lieu de travail : Hybride : 4 jours sur site en novembre
Heures de travail : Du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h

Responsabilités du poste :

Assurer le traitement des transactions de manière rapide et précise.
Faire remonter les problèmes de traitement lorsque nécessaire afin de maintenir un haut niveau de service.
Respecter les réglementations de l’entreprise et de l’industrie ainsi que les pratiques opérationnelles.
Identifier des occasions d’amélioration du service et soutenir les initiatives d’optimisation des processus.
Prioriser et gérer sa charge de travail afin de respecter les exigences SLA (Service Level Agreement) et être disponible pour faire des heures supplémentaires au besoin.
Faire preuve de flexibilité et de disponibilité envers l’équipe pour gérer les volumes saisonniers.

Expérience et qualification :

2 ans d’expérience en traitement de transactions.
2 ans d’expérience en saisie de données.
Excellentes compétences informatiques, particulièrement avec la suite MS Office et Excel.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Grande rigueur et précision.
Capacité à s’adapter rapidement et à passer d’un département à un autre au besoin.
