Accounting & Tax Digital Transformation Intern

12-Week Summer Internship | Full-Time | Summer 2026

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical Accounting & Tax Digital Transformation Intern to support initiatives focused on process automation, data analysis, reporting, and technology implementation within our accounting and tax functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Support the automation and improvement of accounting and tax processes onto a new system
Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data
Support technology implementations and system testing
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes
Assist with tax reporting and data management initiatives
Document processes and procedures
Collaborate with accounting, tax, finance, and technology teams
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis projects

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Billingual
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with datasets
Interest in accounting, tax, and process automation
Previous internship or office experience is an asset

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) et analytique pour soutenir nos initiatives de transformation numérique en comptabilité et fiscalité, notamment en matière d’automatisation des processus, d’analyse de données, de production de rapports et d’implantation de solutions technologiques.

Cette opportunité est idéale pour un étudiant ou une étudiante souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique à l’intersection de la finance, des données et de la technologie.

Principales responsabilités

Participer à l’automatisation et à l’amélioration des processus comptables et fiscaux sur nouveau systeme
Recueillir, organiser et analyser des données financières et opérationnelles
Créer et mettre à jour des rapports et tableaux de bord avec Excel et Power BI
Effectuer la validation et le contrôle de la qualité des données
Soutenir l’implantation et les tests de nouvelles solutions technologiques
Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus
Participer aux initiatives de production de rapports fiscaux et de gestion des données
Documenter les processus et procédures
Collaborer avec les équipes de comptabilité, fiscalité, finances et technologies
Participer à divers projets d’analyse et de soutien opérationnel

Qualifications

Études en comptabilité, finance, analyse de données, informatique, technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe
Bilingue
Bonne maîtrise d’Excel, incluant les formules et tableaux croisés dynamiques
Excellentes capacités analytiques et souci du détail
Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
Bonnes habiletés de communication

Atouts

Expérience avec l’analyse de données
Intérêt pour la comptabilité, la fiscalité et l’automatisation
Expérience de stage ou de bureau considérée comme un atout
