Full job description

Dans le cadre de ses activités de restauration et de service aux résidents, la Résidence Maxwell est à la recherche d'une personne motivée et fiable pour rejoindre son équipe à titre de plongeur ou plongeuse. Vous jouez un rôle essentiel au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine en veillant à la propreté et au bon état du matériel.

Principales responsabilités

Laver et désinfecter la vaisselle, les ustensiles, les casseroles et le matériel de cuisine
Assurer la propreté des équipements de lavage et des postes de travail
Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire en vigueur
Ranger le matériel propre à l'endroit désigné
Soutenir l'équipe de cuisine au besoin (débarrassage, entretien général)
Signaler tout bris ou anomalie au responsable

Profil recherché

Ponctualité, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités
Capacité à travailler debout et à soutenir un rythme de travail soutenu
Esprit d'équipe et bonne communication
Expérience en plonge ou en cuisine (un atout, non obligatoire)
Connaissance des normes MAPAQ (un atout)

As part of its dining and resident care services, Residence Maxwell is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join its team as a Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper. You play a key role in the smooth operation of the kitchen by ensuring the cleanliness and good condition of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintain the cleanliness of washing equipment and workstations
Comply with applicable food hygiene and safety standards
Store clean equipment in designated areas
Support the kitchen team as needed (clearing tables, general maintenance)
Report any breakage or irregularity to the supervisor

Rémunération : 16,80$ à 19,00$ par heure
