Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in analyzing financial data, supporting business development initiatives, and providing insights to drive informed decision-making. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting, risk management, and corporate finance to contribute to organizational growth and success. The Finance Analyst will collaborate across departments, utilizing organizational skills to manage complex financial projects and ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiencies in financial operations and reporting.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.

- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.

- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and company policies within the corporate finance framework.

- Assist in risk management assessments by analyzing financial data and market trends.

- Lead or participate in special projects related to financial services, investment analysis, or organizational initiatives.

- Support business development activities through financial modeling and profitability analysis.

- Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate pricing strategies and negotiation opportunities.

- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance metrics for senior management review.

Experience

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliation, budgeting, and risk management practices.

- Proven experience in accounting, corporate finance, or related financial roles.

- Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and business development activities.

- Leadership experience or the ability to influence cross-functional teams is preferred.

Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations is advantageous. This role is ideal for professionals eager to leverage their analytical skills within a collaborative environment that values strategic thinking and continuous improvement.

Pay: $49,617.90-$97,557.14 per year
