Pay: CA$20.00 – CA$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Counter & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both with customers and behind the scenes in warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while balancing front-end service and back-end logistics.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Duties:

Greet walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
Provide product information, pricing, and stock availability
Process orders, invoices, and payments
Support customers with inquiries and problem resolution

Warehouse Duties:

Receive, count, and store incoming inventory
Pick and pack orders accurately using pick slips or scanners
Ship orders ranging from small packages to large pallets
Load, unload, and stage shipments (forklift operation required)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
Support sales team requests while maintaining warehouse priorities

What You Bring

1–2+ years of customer service and/or warehouse experience
Strong communication skills (English required)
Forklift experience (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50-75lbs lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends and statutory holidays off
