Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate

Location: Take Us for Granite at 3-1201 Grassmere Road

Employment: Full-Time

Please note, candidate must have a valid driver’s license as we’re not located on a reliable bus route.

At Take Us for Granite, we specialize in crafting high quality stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects. These projects range from kitchen countertops to custom stone features and transform spaces into beauty and durability. We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Associate. Maintain our commitment to workmanship and provide top-notch service to our clients.

As our Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both our sales efforts and administrative processes. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth workflow, from initial client inquiries through to project completion, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Some of the key responsibilities you’ll have:

Sales Support:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
Prepare quotes and proposals based on customer specifications.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and close deals.
Assist with product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details.
Coordinate project schedules and communicate timelines to clients and production teams.
Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and filing.
Process invoices and assist with accounts receivable tasks.
Engagement on social media
Generate leads
Update marketing

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
Foster strong relationships with both new and returning clients.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or administrative roles (preferably in a related field, such as construction, design, or manufacturing).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM software (preferred).
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Valid class 5 driver’s license
A personable, motivated, and confident personality that takes initiative
Basic mathematical skills
