What you will need to be part of our great team….

Prior experience in customer service, sales, administration, or relevant roles within the hospitality industry.
Possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for interacting with customers.
Display computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior knowledge and experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is considered an asset.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
Thrive in a collaborative team environment, remaining adaptable and composed under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Embrace a positive attitude, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
Maintain full flexibility in availability, including weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Demonstrate fluency in computer operations and the ability to deliver effective written and oral communications

What you will do….

Provide exceptional assistance and promptly address guest inquiries regarding bookings, dining, spa reservations, and activities, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process and surpassing service standards in settling guest accounts.
Uphold strict confidentiality and security measures to safeguard guest rooms, personal information, and belongings.
Ensure prompt delivery of specialty items and attend to specific guest requirements with meticulous attention to detail.
Exude a friendly and courteous demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere and leaving a positive impression on every guest interaction.
Seize revenue opportunities by presenting guests with alternatives and upgrades to elevate their experiences.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the resort.
Safely and professionally operate vehicles, assigning them to the appropriate individuals as needed.
