Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, attention to detail, and culinary expertise will ensure every morning service runs smoothly and efficiently. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills in a fast-paced, lively environment where quality and guest satisfaction are our top priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair
Follow standardized recipes and menus to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained to uphold safety standards
Once line is set up for breakfast service, proceed to lunch & dinner prep as needed.
Properly store ingredients and leftovers according to food safety guidelines while minimizing waste

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or catering environments
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
