Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Production Supervisor who is fluent in Spanish to lead our manufacturing operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will inspire teams to operate efficiently within a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact manufacturing processes directly and contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of assembly workers, technicians, and operators, providing clear direction and support.
Monitor production schedules using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to meet delivery deadlines and optimize workflow.
Implement process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, coordinate raw material deliveries, and ensure smooth production flow.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or production management within a fast-paced environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and assembly processes effectively.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or other MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software is essential.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish are required; fluency in English is preferred.
Ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a positive work environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
