Job Overview

TidyWay is a residential cleaning company hiring experienced, reliable cleaners in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. We work on a flexible contractor model — you choose which jobs to accept and set your own schedule around your availability. If you're an experienced cleaner looking for steady, well-paying work without a rigid 9-to-5, this is a strong fit.

Pay: $22–$32 per hour (based on job size and scope)
Most cleaners earn $120–$200+ per day depending on the number of jobs completed.
Payments are sent weekly.

Responsibilities

Perform residential home cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
Follow a standard cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality
Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada — no sponsorship available
Must currently reside in or within commuting distance of London, Ontario
1+ year of residential or housekeeping cleaning experience required
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a smartphone for job notifications and communication
Must be able to provide basic cleaning supplies
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently

This is a flexible contractor-based position, not an employee role.

Location

Jobs are located in London, Ontario and nearby areas, typically within a 20–30 minute radius.
